Our mission is to provide a space where history, innovation, and community come together. From weddings and corporate gatherings to cultural celebrations and creative showcases, The Warehouse is a place where memories are made and connections are strengthened.
Guided by owners Robert Savage and Andre Thomas, The Warehouse reflects a deep respect for the past while embracing the needs of today’s events. Every detail, from the preserved brickwork to the state-of-the-art amenities, has been designed to create a seamless and inspiring event experience.

Robert Savage; Co-Owner
Robert Savage is a retired Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) in the U.S. Army with 24 years of decorated service. Originally from St. Thomas, Jamaica, Robert’s career included assignments with U.S. Army Special Operations Command, the Pentagon, and multiple international deployments. He holds a degree in Human Resources and is the founder of SavageFitness. Deeply rooted in faith, family, and community, Robert co-founded 226 The Warehouse to create a space that celebrates culture, diversity, and excellence.

Andre Thomas; Co-Owner
A distinguished military leader, Andre Thomas is a retired U.S. Army Major (MAJ) with over 22 years of active-duty service. His final post was with the Human Resource Command as the DA Secretariat at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Known for his strategic planning and unwavering attention to detail, Andre brings discipline and leadership to 226 The Warehouse. His commitment to operational excellence ensures that every event is managed with precision and care, creating a seamless and memorable experience for all clients.

Ebony Warfield-Graham; Venue and Event Manager
Ebony serves as the primary on-site contact for events at 226 The Warehouse. She manages venue preparation, client walkthroughs, and day-of coordination with precision and care. Known for her eye for detail and strong organizational skills, Ebony also oversees in-house décor and supports vendor setup. From first walkthrough to final clean-up, she ensures every event runs smoothly and reflects the client's vision. Her hands-on leadership brings structure and warmth to every gathering held at the Warehouse.

Ayana Washington leads marketing strategy and internal operations at 226 The Warehouse. With a background in event production and brand development, she oversees client intake, vendor coordination, digital platforms, and creative planning. Ayana manages bookings, contracts, and marketing materials—ensuring every event is aligned with the venue’s standards and community presence. Her work supports both the long-term vision and day-to-day efficiency of the space, making her a key force behind the scenes.

He guides clients through walkthroughs, layouts, and event logistics, ensuring each celebration honors their service with precision and care.
