Use of Venue

  • You agree to use the premises in a respectful and lawful manner.
  • Any damages caused by negligence or misconduct will be the financial responsibility of the individual or group who reserved or used the venue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates our policies or disrupts the environment.

Event Bookings & Reservations

  • All event bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit.
  • Final payment is due by the date stated in your rental contract.
  • Cancellation terms will follow the policy outlined in your rental agreement (non-refundable deposits, refund timelines, etc.).

Age Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, all events hosted by or at 226 The Warehouse NC are intended for audiences 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID is required.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment. Discrimination, harassment, aggressive behavior, or hate speech will not be tolerated.

Liability

  • 226 The Warehouse NC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during any event or while on premises.
  • Guests assume all risks related to participation in events or activities.

Photography & Media

By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Alcohol & Substance Policy

  • Alcohol may be served at certain events with proper permits and licensed vendors.
  • No outside alcohol is permitted unless approved in writing.
  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
